ReadyMD is for focused, non-emergency concerns. A physician may redirect you to phone, video or in-person care when that is safer or clinically necessary.

Simple by design
Start with skin, weight, bloodwork, travel, paperwork or selected everyday concerns.
Confirm your identity, medical history, pharmacy and any relevant photos or documents.
You may receive secure follow-up questions before a decision is made.
When appropriate: a prescription, laboratory requisition, form, advice or direction to another type of care.
Clear before you agree
Any applicable fee is shown before payment. ReadyMD does not charge privately for an OHIP-insured service. Uninsured and third-party services—such as travel care, sick notes and certain forms—may have a fee.
If a paid request cannot be provided after review, the applicable refund policy will be explained before payment. Medication, pharmacy, laboratory and third-party charges are separate unless clearly stated.
